Leah Lori Ferster
With a passion for real estate, developed by offering dedicated service to customers and clients for over three decades, I believe North East Queens Realty is a “unique boutique,” a customer friendly alternative to the high pressure rush of national franchises. BIG IS NOT BETTER. Nothing cements a deal quicker than the personal involvement by the on-site owner/ broker. This company speaks for itself with lots of sales and satisfied customers.
I am a mother of five. I hold a BA in Criminal Justice from CUNY and in addition, I am well versed in Spanish.
Antoinette DeMarinis
Born and raised in Whitestone, Queens, Antoinette has incredible knowledge of real estate, with three decades of experience. She understands the market, treating real estate as both an art and science. You can depend on her quality of work for all your real estate needs.
Dennis Ferster
The other half of the “unique boutique” at North East Queens Realty is Associate Broker Dennis Ferster. Dennis combines decades of real estate experience in buying, selling, and investing. His salesmanship is augmented by his knowledgeable background in human relations, as Dennis is also an adjunct lecturer in Sociology at CUNY. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Queens College, completing his M.S. degree there as well.
Alexandra Miller
Alexandra started her real estate career in 20007. She has since developed a remarkable passion for real estate. Her savvy, technological background, combined with market knowledge, gives her an edge.

Helen Moutopoulos
Helen brings extensive knowledge and experience to North East Queens Realty. Helen specializes in luxury homes, commercial property, and shopping centers. One of her special skills includes being well versed in Greek. She has been a multi million dollar producer, licensed since 1988.

Leslie Scigliano
Born and raised in Northeast Queens, I have been selling Real Estate here since graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Queens College.
Working with Homeowners and Buyers, helping them to pursue their endeavors for home ownership and sales has been a big part of my life. Working through all types of markets, I have learned how to overcome obstacles in order to facilitate a successful closing.
